The liquefied petroleum residue analyzer produced by our company adopts the unique compressor refrigeration structure in China, with unique and novel appearance, high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling and convenient operation, avoiding the dry ice and circulating water cooling of existing similar domestic instruments. It brings many inconveniences such as complicated appearance and difficult operation. It is the most advanced and convenient LPG residue analyzer in China. As shown in Figure 1.

Working principle

The refrigeration system of the instrument is composed of a compressor, a filter, a capillary restrictor, an evaporator and various connecting pipes. The refrigerant absorbs heat and expands through the evaporator, and the expanded gas is pressed into the exhaust pipe by the compressor to form a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then enters the condenser to be cooled into liquid, and then is throttled and depressurized by the capillary tube and enters the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. . After the refrigerant is evaporated, it is pressed into the exhaust pipe by the compressor and enters the condenser, so that it works over and over again to realize circulating refrigeration. The temperature control system is PID adjustment by the intelligent digital display temperature controller to realize fixed-point temperature control. The control signal output by the temperature controller triggers the solid state relay, so that the heating tube works to offset the cooling capacity generated by the compressor refrigeration system, so that it is constant in our factory. at the required temperature.
