The main machine mainly consists of a spindle drive system, a test oil chamber and a temperature measuring device, a friction measuring device, a force applying lever and a test force measuring device, and the like, which are all mounted on a welding machine base.

The friction pair of the machine is in the form of a ring and a block. The test ring (4) is mounted on the front end of the main shaft (15) and can rotate with the spindle at a certain rotational speed. The main shaft is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor through a circular arc toothed belt (13) and a driven pulley (9) and a primary pulley (14). The motor is controlled by a frequency converter, and its speed is steplessly adjusted within a certain range. The piece (12) is a tensioning wheel for adjusting the elasticity of the toothed belt.

The magnetoelectric sensor mounted on the rear end of the spindle is used to measure the speed and number of revolutions of the spindle and is displayed on the speed and revolution table on the control box.

The main shaft bearings (18) and (19) are generally lubricated with lithium grease. When using a 2:1 liter speed device, be sure to lubricate with a lubricating oil.

Test oil chamber and temperature measuring device: The wear test is done in the oil chamber. The oil chamber cavity (6) is filled with oil filling port, and the oil filling amount can be taken from the measuring cup which is randomly equipped, and generally exceeds the friction surface. After the test is completed, the oil can be discharged from the drain nozzle (3) below.

At room temperature test, the cavity door (16) is a transparent plexiglass, which can clearly see the test inside. During the high temperature test, the stainless steel cavity door is equipped with a heater for heating the test oil, and the platinum resistance sensor (2) installed under the cavity is used to measure the test oil temperature, and the temperature is automatically closed-loop controlled by the temperature control table.

Friction measuring and measuring device: When the test ring rotates with the main shaft, frictional force is generated between the test ring and the test block, and the friction force sensor (8) is pressed by the ejector pin (10) and displayed on the friction force meter.

The test force applied to the sample is controlled by a stepper motor and a governor. When the motor rotates forward, the compression spring generates an upward force at the upper end of the spring force. The force pushes the beam upward through the test force sensor and the pull plate. The test block is mounted on the lower part of the beam, so that the test ring and the test block are There is pressure between them.

The pressure between the test ring and the test block is measured by the test force sensor and displayed on the test force meter. The test force can be preset and feedback through the stepper motor control system to achieve closed-loop control.
