Do we have to supply air compressor , and dust recovery?

If you use LDY2005B Wet Laser Particle Size Analyzers, it don't need air compressor and dust recovery.

If you use LDY 3005 Intelligent full automatic Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer, we will equip with air compressor and dust recovery for you.

 

Will the test result be like Malvern ?

The test result is close to Malvern, you can send the sample to us, we will print the test report for you for free.

 

Can we connect a computer with windows 7 or 10? Usb cable?

Yes, you can connect with your computer. windows 7 is ok. We will send The cable with instrument and computer for you for free.

 

Please specify which reports we can get

The report index ,could analyze any parameter between D10 to D100.

 We can analyze any parameter which Malvern can test.

 

Can we get info on surface area of the sample?

Yes ,you can get info on surface area, which is indicated by S/V.

 

Is feeder included for dry testing ? If yes can it be regulated ?

If you use LDY3005 dry method  Particle Size Analyzer, the feeder is included. Yes, it can be regulated.

It can display the amount of test sample with CVT button and Concentration  histogram.

 

Does the software ensure that the detector scans where obscuration is outside target range by feeding ?

Yes, it can ensure. detectors are fab-shaped arrangement, it can select all the angles scattering light signals of particles .

 

Do you use Mie scattern theory ?

Yes, We use Mie scattern theory . And all our laser particle size analyzer use  MIE scattering principle.

 

Time for making 1 test ?

Our LDY2005B wet dispersion laser particle size analyzer test time is <2 mins.

 

Laser brand name ?

Our LDY2005B use HeNe laser , it is from Shanghai city good supplier

 

Expected life time for the laser

Expected life time is >25000 hours.

Our instrument life time could be 10-15 years at least.

Do you use He-Ne laser ?

Can you show me which reports we can get ?

Can it measure surface area of the particles ?

1. The fluctuation that the wavelength change 3 nanometers per 5 degree ,  is the characteristic of semiconductor lasers, and this fluctuation  has no effect on the test results.

 

2.Generally,if the instrument is cablirated firstly, and the instrument don't move, the

optical path don't move, so instrument don't need to be calibrated again. If you need to calibrate, six month or one year is ok.

 

3.We use the National standard sample in the calibration, you can test it according to the  process of common sample, if the error of test result of standard sample is within 1%, the instrument is normal. And we will provide  some sample to you.

 

4. Now most of our clients are shool,University.

 For 2005B, we have clients in Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia.

 For 2001, we only have client in Ukraine.

 

Can we make a test on our product and keep a bigger portion of it for future calibration ? Or is it a special product ? I expect it is a powder ?

Do we have to make calibration after transport to Denmark ?

I am a little worried that I have to calibrate after transport.

How is your software compare to others and Malvern as well ?

1)If your budget is more than 7000USD, I still recommend LDY2005B for you. 

Our software use unconstrained free fitting analysis patent technology, directly and accurately calculate the particle size distribution by light intensity.

So this method will get more realistic and reliable particle size distribution data, are more valuable for R & D.
